GXL Wire

Our GXL wire has thin walls and a single conductor, which makes it one of the thinner primary wiring solutions. The bare-copper wire conductor is wrapped with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. Its slender proportions make it incredibly viable in engine compartments. GXL wire has a temperature range of -51° C to +125° C and is rated for 50V. This means that the wire is great where high heat resistance is required, but it is also suitable for applications with very low temperatures. Our GXL wire meets SAE-J1128 specifications, M1L-85B requirements for Ford, and MS-8900 specifications for Chrysler.
