Welding Cable

Our Class K Welding Cable features a stranded copper conductor and paper wrap separator. It is insulated by a rubber jacket that provides excellent flexibility. Welding Cables are used mainly for secondary voltage resistance welding leads by welders. They are also commonly used in heavy duty power supply applications that do not exceed 600 volts. This includes automotive starters and battery grounds. Our Welding Cable is available in a variety of gauge sizes, from 6 AWG to 500 MCM. It is abrasion, grease, and flame resistant. It also resists many industrial fluids, including oil, gasoline, and transmission fluid. This is because of its flexibility and versatility, this type of power cable isn't used just by welders. Our Welding Cable is also suitable for use as a battery cable in chargers and wire harnesses. This welding cable is insulated by an EPDM jacket, making it extremely durable. Our extensive stock includes many popular AWG sizes, including 1/0 AWG and 2/0 AWG welding cables. We also distribute a wide selection of General Cable Carol Brand Welding Cable, including Super Vu-Tron Class M Welding Cable (available from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG). Welding Cable is often compared to Battery Cable and DLO cable but differs in flexibility and construction. View full product specifications, ratings, and approvals below.
